Chassis test benches HPQ are unique devices to check and test vehicles ATV/QUAD and motorcycles.

Such a solution is the reason of leading position of Godula Motor Company among top test bench companies.

It takes only several seconds to change settings from one sort of vehicle to another. Easily dismantled lock of a front axle contrary to other producers allows to place ATV vehicle safely and precisely. After dismantling, the lock of an axle HPQ test bench is suitable for testing all types of motorcycles. It has a necessary shaft of a front motorcycle wheel and regulation of wheel track.

Our device enables stating parameters of a vehicle on a station without necessity of driving on a road. During testing torque and power are calculated. Resistance of rolling and driving transmission are measured as well. Basing on those data the real parameters of an engine are calculated. The results can be compared with producer's data and taking them into consideration we can state technical condition of a vehicle before purchase or they can be useful for servicing.

Depending on type, a test bench can be equipped with a system to analyze the content of exhausting fumes in real time. Optionally, there are other systems of testing: for example temperature of oil. The results are shown in readable charts, where you can compare results of three motorcycle tests or results of three different motorcycles including power, torque, resistance of rolling, power on wheels in real values or standardized calculated according with  stated standards.

It is the only test bench which is equipped with flexible regulation of a wheel – base and height with width of fixing front wheel of a motorcycle as well as a lock of a front axle for squad vehicles.

It is possible to carry out tests by an individual. Controlling can be provided both with a keyboard or a remote control unit. The time of a particular test is not longer than 5 minutes. The range of measurements comprises all the ATV vehicles and motorcycles running on Polish roads.

Maximum power is 350 KM and speed 350 km/h.

HPQ owns a compact and aesthetic casing making transport and assembly easy. The dimensions are ( 2.4 length x 1.8 width x 0.5 height) and they allow to place it in tiny rooms. Special anti vibration pads prevent from transforming of vibration during tests. Tiny mass – 500 kg is a warranty of  its functionality
